Digital transcription from digital data recordings such as DSS, WMA, MP3, MP4, and WAV. If you require other forms of digital audio file transcription, then please contact me and I will confirm if I can transcribe it.
You can post or courier files in CD format or on *memory stick to me or you can upload your files using large file transfer services such as yousendit, mailbigfile, transferbigfiles etc. to fmtranscriptionservices@googlemail.com. Most of these companies offer a free trial period. I also offer a secure personal collection service within Scotland's Central Belt and Lanarkshire, see rates page for details.
Interviews can be transcribed in 'verbatim', 'smart verbatim' or 'intelligent verbatim' and transcripts are delivered in **interview format.

Manuscript, Thesis or Dissertation
I can produce your manuscript, thesis or dissertation in the format you specify from handwritten, text or audio format.
One person dictation of reports, minutes, letters and memorandums
Audio transcription can be undertaken from digital recording or mini cassette. Simply post your memory stick or tape(s) to me, or if you are local I can arrange to pick it up. All documents can be produced to your company's own specifications, thus ensuring the format/template/font etc. are adhered to.
Police Interview Transcription, PACE Interview Transcription and Disciplinary Hearing Transcription
These transcriptions are produced verbatim. Raised voices and people entering or leaving the room are noted on the transcription. These transcriptions can also be time stamped if required.
Mail Outs and Envelope Filling
I can create a mailshot for you where I create the letter and enter the names and addresses. This is charged on a per address basis.
Alternatively if you have leaflets or brochures to be sent out you can give me the names and addresses which I can type onto labels. I can print the labels, attach them to envelopes and enclose your leaflet or brochure. I can take control of the whole job including ordering the envelopes and labels. All you need to do is courier or post the leaflet/brochure to us.
